We will review the information, identify the likely assessment and confirm the proposed scope.

New-build SAP

Send the site layout, dwelling information and programme. We will propose a scope that fits the number of types, plots and variations.

Name, email and project details are required. The other project fields are optional. Please also confirm that we may respond to your enquiry.

Include the site location, building type, current stage, target date and the question or output you need.

Any file type, up to 20 files and 100 MB in total. Large files are not attached to the email; we store them securely and they are deleted after 90 days. For CAD files or a larger drawing pack, send the enquiry first so we can confirm the appropriate transfer route.
