For buildings where Briary has already completed the SAP or SBEM assessment. Tell us which certificate you need, for which plots, and by when.

A certificate follows an assessment, so this form is the last step rather than the first. If we have not assessed the building yet, start with a project enquiry instead.

This form is for existing clients whose SAP or SBEM assessment Briary has already completed. For anything else, please use the general enquiry form.

Name, email, phone, site address and request type are required. Everything else helps us act on the request without coming back to you first.

Street, town and postcode. The address of the building, not your office.

When you need the certificate or report.

Plot numbers, constraints, programme information and anything else the assessor should know.

Drawings, specifications, schedules and supporting evidence. Put a large set of photographs in a ZIP archive. Any file type, up to 20 files and 100 MB in total. Large files are not attached to the email; we store them securely and they are deleted after 90 days.

A digit or a word is fine, for example 7 or seven.

The form sends this request to Briary. Your contact and site information is used to produce and issue the certificate.
