BREEAM evidence is strongest when the criteria, design question, modelling method and responsibility are agreed before the work is produced.
Briary supports the energy and building-performance elements that fall within our technical services, working with the appointed BREEAM assessor and design team. We do not present this as a full BREEAM assessment or certification service. Scope can include modelling inputs, energy-performance evidence, option testing and document schedules where these are relevant to the project and accepted method.
What we check
Traceable modelling
Geometry, systems, baselines, alternatives and results are recorded so the design decision can be followed. Assumptions are not hidden inside a headline figure.
Evidence coordination
We identify which evidence Briary can provide and which items remain with the client, design team, commissioning team or licensed assessor.
Common coordination issue
A technically valid model may still miss the credit brief. Confirm the scheme version, required outputs and evidence owner with the appointed assessor before modelling begins, including any later-stage update.

No. Credit decisions sit within the formal assessment process and depend on all applicable criteria and evidence.
